Consumers Delete Mobile Apps When They Encounter Bugs, Survey Says

Nearly 50% of consumers will delete a mobile app if they encounter a bug, according to a survey conducted SmartBear from October-December 2013.
The survey confirmed that ensuring quality is the greatest challenge for mobile application developers and the highest priority for mobile consumers.
