He is an accomplished healthcare project executive and former chief information officer with a successful track record in organizational change management, transition planning, management, and outsourcing. Mann has a provider and payer background in both technology and operations, and he is highly skilled in assessment, strategy/plan development execution, and conflict resolution. Mann has a solid, proven track record in maintaining operational excellence and meeting or exceeding metrics during a transition period. His leadership experience is with large multi-site operations during transition and maintenance periods.
