SOASTA Partners with OpTier

OpTier, a provider of business transaction-driven Application Performance Management(APM), and SOASTA, a provider of cloud testing, announced a partnership to deliver a solution that aligns Dev, QA, Test and operations to ensure the performance of cloud, web, and mobile applications.
