ThousandEyes is collaborating with Microsoft on its Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online service to deliver top performance for joint customers.

Microsoft is using ThousandEyes to drive maximum performance of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online solution. With the free version of ThousandEyes available to Microsoft Dynamics CRM users, customers will be able to troubleshoot, monitor and analyze performance between their site and their Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online instance running within Microsoft's data centers.

"In the cloud, the network can be a black box, making it very difficult to pinpoint if and where performance problems are occurring," said Scott Thompson, GM, Service Engineering at Microsoft. "We have formed this relationship with ThousandEyes to provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers with a transparent view of network connectivity from their location to our service as part of our commitment to deliver the best possible cloud experience."

ThousandEyes provides visibility into network performance for today's hybrid network infrastructures spanning corporate networks, the Internet and cloud service providers. Organizations use ThousandEyes to better monitor, troubleshoot and analyze application delivery performance and drive higher service levels. When cloud service providers and their customers collaborate with ThousandEyes network performance management, these organizations can achieve even greater results:

- See performance across networks: Quickly determine which network services and network segments are the cause of an issue.

- Correlate user experience with network performance: Proactively respond to network faults that cause application availability or response time degradation.

- Plan and improve connectivity: Optimize network architecture, capacity and routes to best serve users in global offices and remote locations.

- Reduce time spent on network analysis: Easily gather, analyze and compare performance data to focus ticket resolution efforts.

"Since our inception, ThousandEyes has been driving a new approach to help enterprises and cloud providers ensure trouble-free cloud adoption by providing both parties with visibility of the underlying infrastructure spanning the enterprise, Internet and cloud segments, all in one view," said Mohit Lad, ThousandEyes CEO and Co-Founder. "The Microsoft Dynamics CRM team is among a growing number of cloud providers using ThousandEyes and recommending ThousandEyes to their customers thus enabling a better operational connection between the two parties."
