Reveille Software announced the availability of its application performance management (APM) solution designed specifically for ECM-based applications.
Now delivered both on-premise and via the cloud, Reveille’s proven APM solution provides secure, real-time application performance and actual end-user experience monitoring to help IT prevent delays or service level disruptions.
By monitoring high-risk processing thresholds – such as service delivery attainment, operational efficiency and compliance violations – Reveille can alert IT to application performance degradation and help remediate potential issues.
“Organizations with large-scale ECM deployments are increasingly taking them into a shared services environment and need to proactively monitor, manage and report on service levels and processing KPI data,” said Bob Estes, President and CEO of Reveille. “The hosted version of Reveille not only enables rapid installation and visibility into business-critical ECM applications, but also provides the cloud economics of reducing fixed operating costs and scaling to changing business needs.”
Reveille supports multi-application ECM deployments, including IBM FileNet P8, EMC Documentum, Kofax, EMC Captiva, EMC Document Sciences xPression and Microsoft SharePoint. A patent-pending ECM data collection capability gathers information from various applications and presents findings via intuitive, graphical dashboards and reports for both IT and business-level consumption. Document and electronic capture, workflow-process exceptions and repository activity is monitored and measured against customer-defined scorecard metrics and key performance indicators.
The cloud version of Reveille will be commercially available in Q1 2014 with subscription-based pricing.
