SmartBear Software announced that AlertSite UXM Real is now available on the AlertSite UXM platform.
Application owners and delivery teams are under increased pressure to provide superior user experiences. In order to deliver on this demand, teams need to understand if deployed applications are available, functioning as intended and performing optimally. They need solutions that track and assess user experience, as well as rapidly determine the root cause of any issue.
AlertSite UXM Real, part of AlertSite UXM, monitors all real transactions in an application, providing insight into how users actually interact with websites and applications. When used in combination with AlertSite UXM Synthetic, which provides a similar assessment of expected user experience, AlertSite UXM gives a complete view of the user experience along with high level root cause clues.
AlertSite UXM Real builds on the transaction tracing capability released with AlertSite UXM Synthetic on June 11. AlertSite UXM provides a unique, unified view of user experience and root cause allowing development and operations teams to efficiently ensure the best application experience for their users.
AlertSite UXM Real provides:
- Application and Transaction Monitoring – monitor all actual transactions executed on an instrumented application server
- Transaction Tracing – trace problematic transactions down to the code level for root cause identification
- Insight into Complete Infrastructure – view performance of calls to databases, web services and other application servers
