Compuware APM offers broad application and technology platform support and complements SAP Solution Manager to provide comprehensive real-user monitoring for SAP solutions. Through the integration with SAP NetWeaver, it enables customers and service providers to optimize service and support by identifying the true fault domain for performance issues across the entire application delivery chain, enabling the right operations and support personnel to focus on immediate resolution.

By integrating with SAP NetWeaver, Compuware APM enhances its end-to-end Application Performance Monitoring capabilities, allowing customers to take advantage of the market-leading, real user monitoring capabilities of Compuware APM that enables them to:
- manage application performance across the entire application delivery chain
- view real-time application performance from the end-user perspective, down to the transaction level
