Compuware has been cited as the #1 provider of web performance monitoring solutions to the largest online retailers in the US for the fifth consecutive year according to Internet Retailer Magazine.
According to the Internet Retailer Top 500 Guide 2011, 116 of the top 500 online retailers use Compuware Gomez's web performance monitoring solution, more than the No. 2 and No. 3 web performance monitoring vendors combined, who together serve only 113 online retailers in the Top 500 (No. 2 AlertSite-acquired by SmartBear, 71 customers and No. 3 Keynote Systems, 42 customers).
Additionally, out of the top six online retailers in the Top 500, five are Gomez customers (No. 1 Amazon.com, Inc, No. 3 Apple, Inc., No. 4 Dell, Inc., No. 5 Office Depot, Inc. and No. 6 Walmart.com).
Gomez helps online retailers optimize the performance and availability of their e-commerce web and mobile applications to provide fast and successful online shopping experiences. By testing and measuring web and mobile applications from their customers' perspective using Gomez's Global Performance Network, retailers can rapidly identify and resolve revenue and brand-impacting performance issues.
