Cooney is a software engineer, SRE, Principal Engineer and most recently Developer Advocate. He's worked on everything from embedded systems for controlling industrial battery units on the UK power grid, payment layers that process $1B a year, through to helping to shape the technical strategy for $120M worth of cloud and on-premise infrastructure. He's passionate about organizational dynamics, leadership, observability and platform engineering.
