EasyVista Integrates with Microsoft

EasyVista announced the availability of its product solutions as official premium connectors for Microsoft applications.

This new feature enables customers to integrate applications into EasyVista Service Manager using Microsoft Flow, Power Apps and Azure Logic Apps.

EV Service Manager is a proven IT service management (ITSM) platform that allows enterprises to improve their IT maturity with a robust automation engine that includes out-of-box support for the entire ITIL lifecycle. Enterprises utilize EV Service Manager to automate service delivery and enhance customer experiences to support service transformation.

The new premium connectors for the following Microsoft products are user-friendly, amplifying EasyVista’s mission to accelerate transformation in enterprises and better serve employees and customers.

- Microsoft Flow: a cloud-based automation engine allowing users to automate repetitive tasks by building web-based workflows.

- Microsoft PowerApps: a low code development platform that enables users to build business apps.

- Microsoft Azure Logic Apps: a program aimed at simplifying the building of automated scalable workflows, which integrates apps and data across cloud services and on-premises systems.
