GFI Prime is designed to reward loyal customers through completely free access to a selection of smartly engineered software solutions, available to customers using GFI Software products for more than one year.
Eligible customers will be able to download and deploy software products in the areas of security, communications and productivity, complementing GFI products they already own and use.
“Through over two decades of doing business, GFI Software has gained thousands of satisfied customers all over the world. This experience helped us realize that we can significantly impact the performance of IT organizations, only by focusing on additional ways in which we can help them achieve their daily objectives and make their lives easier and better. With GFI Prime we join our product portfolio and the needs of our customers, enabling them to build safer, more reliable and performant IT environments”, explains Andre Muscat, SVP and Chief Product Officer at GFI Software.
If you have been a GFI Software customer for more than one year, then you are eligible to benefit from this new loyalty program and get immediate access to at least one additional GFI Software product for free. For each GFI Prime Qualifying Product that customers renew or purchase with a multiple year license or subscription, they’ll get access to one additional GFI Prime product at no additional cost. As long as customers continue renewing the licenses or subscriptions for GFI Prime qualifying products, the additional Prime products will remain free.
All existing customers, including the ones that have just recently purchased multiple year licenses or subscriptions, can log in into the GFI Accounts Portal and check if they are eligible for the GFI Prime program. If they are eligible, they can instantly choose one of the four currently available GFI Prime products: GFI Archiver, GFI EndPointSecurity, GFI EventsManager, and GFI WebMonitor, and the list of claimable GFI Prime benefits will continue to grow throughout the rest of the year and beyond.
GFI Prime customers will also get access to version upgrades and new releases of these products, along with free support resources such as Help, Knowledge Base and eLearning & Training, while technical support for these products can be purchased separately from GFI Software’s channel partners.
