Netuitive has been chosen by one of the world’s largest retail payment services to monitor and proactively manage performance of its global payments platform.
The retail and wholesale payments services markets are becoming increasingly competitive and dynamic, driven by tremendous growth in traditional and mobile business transaction volumes. Leading payment platforms must meet increasingly stringent SLAs to optimize the buying experience and maximize revenues generated between payment services companies and their merchants. This is virtually impossible to achieve without leveraging the latest analytics methods for service performance management.
Under terms of the agreement, the global payments provider will use Netuitive’s Intelligent IT Analytics to monitor performance of the payments services and underlying supporting systems.
The company chose Netuitive based the capabilities of its software to:
• Provide comprehensive visibility into a variety of payment services (mobile and in-store) at a glance
• Reduce reliance on manual analysis of graphs through improved fault isolation and alerting across IT silos
• Reduce operational risk by moving to a proactive monitoring approach that addresses service performance issues before they impact the business
The global payments service provider joins other large Netuitive customers in financial services, retail, and telecommunications that are using Netuitive IT analytics to monitor critical payment applications and services.
