IDERA announced four free* tools available on AWS Marketplace, providing customers a range of options for third-party management solutions for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database across Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The following IDERA DLM free tools are now available on AWS Marketplace for immediate use:
- SQL Check - Offers real-time SQL Server performance monitoring
- SQL Fragmentation Analyzer - Identifies databases in need of defragging and analyzes fragmentation
- SQL Permissions Extractor - Provides easy migration of SQL user permissions
- Rapid Database Extractor - Allows database professionals to explore and manipulate SQL Server and Oracle content
Additionally, IDERA provides Uptime Cloud Monitor, a low-cost SaaS solution for end-to-end cloud server and application monitoring. Purpose-built for the cloud, Uptime Cloud Monitor gives DevOps teams the flexibility to pay for only what they use. Combining IDERA’s free tools with Uptime Cloud Monitor gives users a broad view of infrastructure and point solutions for underlying databases.
IDERA has 23 free tools in its portfolio that help database administrators and data professionals intuitively and quickly solve real monitoring issues. IDERA will continue to announce free tools that extend value to resource-constrained IT professionals, with at least one new free tool planned per quarter.
