Integration Partners, a full-service voice and data network engineering firm, has selected Zyrion's Traverse monitoring software for offering managed services to their clients.
Integration Partners, a leading unified communications and network solutions provider based in Lexington, Massachusetts, provides design and implementation expertise for Unified Communications projects in the Northeast region of the US. They are an Avaya Platinum partner and have elite level partnerships with Juniper & Microsoft. Their customers include government, legal, education, financial, healthcare and manufacturing enterprises.
"Our existing product was at its limits, and we were looking for a software solution that could scale and provide the same level of enterprise monitoring that they would get from an internal solution," said Mike Ciano, Director of Managed Services at Integration Partners. "We have migrated thousands of devices to Zyrion's product in the short time since we selected their product, and today we are offering monitoring solutions for the hybrid cloud, VoIP and data networking environments."
"We welcome Integration Partners to our service provider partner network," said Vikas Aggarwal, CEO of Zyrion Inc. "They are one of our fastest growing partners and we added monitoring for carrier class optical switches in Traverse with their active participation," he added.
