Geneos has integrated with InXite’s Notify product to extend Geneos alerting. Together, they provide a real-time alerting platform through which InXite’s targeted messaging system, Notify, translates raw data from Geneos, automating the distribution of synchronized real-time notifications to users’ desktops and mobiles, wherever they are in the world.
Whether you need to alert your clients through a managed service or inform traders of a FIX connection breakdown, you can now send the right people the right data to their devices at the right time.
Ben Iceton, CEO of InXite, said: “This collaboration has supported our aim to ensure a greater responsiveness when dealing with critical business issues. It provides a huge benefit for users who rely on real-time information being transmitted instantly, and is therefore a natural addition to our growing number of integrations with leading vendors like ITRS.”
Steve Lapp, Product Manager at ITRS, stated: “Our integration and partnership with InXite further extends the reach of Geneos’ capabilities, simply and effectively. It ensures that individuals are kept up to date across all their devices on the health of different applications and the procedures required to solve any issues. In particular, it affords our clients greater flexibility and ensures seamless integration of Geneos into their other systems. I look forward to increasing the value this brings to existing and future clients.”
