Keynote has acquired Meucci Solutions NV, a provider of mobile fraud detection and end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) monitoring.
Meucci will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keynote reporting into Keynote SIGOS. It will continue to provide uninterrupted support to customers from Gent, Belgium.

With more than 100 customers across 80 countries, Meucci has extensive experience testing interconnect and roaming quality of customer networks, as well as detecting bypass fraud and implementing roaming agreements.
“Through the combination of Meucci’s solutions with the Keynote SIGOS product portfolio and a highly sophisticated, scaled technology platform, we will be able to provide our customers with additional high value services and solutions that enable significant and quick returns on their investment by reducing the financial impact of fraud,” said Jennifer Tejada.
“Joining forces with Keynote is a logical next step for Meucci Solutions, providing us with the size and strength to continue to innovate in the areas of mobile fraud detection and measuring Quality of Service,” said Peter Brotherton, CEO of Meucci Solutions. “The acquisition by Keynote is great validation of the company we have built over the past 10 years, from the quality of our solutions to the extensiveness of our network platform and expertise of our people.”
