Leading Credit Card Issuers Select Netuitive to Improve Customer Experience and Loyalty

Netuitive has been chosen by two of the world’s largest credit card issuers to proactively analyze performance of its merchants loyalty credit card authorization and new account processes.

Credit card loyalty programs offering discounts, points, and cash back from merchants are now an integral part of credit card offerings from major banks. The speed of each credit card authorization ties directly to the customer buying experience and continued loyalty to that merchant. To entice merchants to participate in the credit card loyalty programs, banks offer stringent service level agreements (SLAs) around the speed of authorizations associated with the buying experience.

Under terms of the agreement, the two global banks will use Netuitive’s IT analytics software to create a “service health dashboard” based on key service metrics that define the “health” of the merchant’s real-time credit card transaction processing services.

The Netuitive dashboard is powered by patented Behavior Learning technology that automates the answer to the question “How well is the service performing?” by correlating IT infrastructure, application, and business metrics. The goal is to ensure SLAs are met by reducing the time to resolve issues and proactively alerting to performance anomalies before they cascade into real problems that impact the quality of the merchant’s credit card services.
