Municipalities that have filed for bankruptcy are eligible to receive a full version of GroundWork Monitor Enterprise for FREE.
This offer is available for qualifying municipalities that would otherwise not be able to afford enterprise-class monitoring solutions.

Depending on demand, GroundWork may extend the program to insolvent sovereign governments in the future.
