LogicMonitor announced its successful completion of the Australian Government Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) assessment.

This achievement demonstrates LogicMonitor’s alignment with Australian Government security requirements for Australian government agencies and enterprises.

The IRAP assessment, administered by the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), evaluated LogicMonitor’s cloud-based hybrid observability platform against the Australian Government’s Information Security Manual (ISM). The successful completion of the assessment demonstrates LogicMonitor’s adherence to the stringent security requirements necessary to protect sensitive government data.

LogicMonitor’s IRAP assessment covered both its internal security practices and cloud infrastructure. The CSP Security Fundamentals Assessment reviewed corporate governance, risk management, personnel security, and internal infrastructure, focusing on endpoint security and network segmentation. The Cloud Services Assessment evaluated the AWS-hosted infrastructure, with emphasis on data protection, encryption, cloud architecture, access controls, and multi-tenant management.

Richard Gerdis, Vice President, APAC, LogicMonitor, said, “Securing the IRAP assessment is a pivotal achievement for LogicMonitor that strengthens the company’s ability to safeguard critical operations for government customers. This milestone demonstrates LogicMonitor’s commitment to delivering AI-powered observability solutions that align with stringent security standards. With LogicMonitor, Australian government agencies can drive secure digital transformation and future-proof their IT infrastructure.”

With the completion of the IRAP assessment, LogicMonitor is positioned to accelerate its growth in the Australian public sector, empowering government agencies to monitor and manage their complex IT environments with confidence. This milestone reinforces LogicMonitor’s ongoing efforts to provide a secure and reliable observability platform, aligning with national security standards and supporting the ongoing digital transformation efforts of its customers.
