Boundary and Besol, an infrastructure management services provider in Spain, have partnered to provide cloud application monitoring and analytics to cloud-centric businesses.

Through Tapp (Tapp.in), a Besol platform for managing and deploying cloud infrastructure, global telecommunications operators, service providers and fast-growing tech businesses will have seamless access to a free version of Boundary. The additional capacity version of Boundary is also available to Besol customers free of charge for a trial period.

The end-customers of telco operators and other cloud service providers which license Tapp’s technology will benefit from Boundary’s rapid problem resolution, discovery of undetected configuration and security issues, and early warning system for cloud latency and outages. This proactive network monitoring and application performance data, allows Tapp to deploy unprecedented auto scaling capabilities triggered by geo-localized load balancing across IaaS vendors. Tapp is IaaS independent and supports all market-leading IaaS providers.

“Integrating Boundary into Tapp.in consolidates our proposition as a cloud broker and aggregator, further strengthens the provision of integrated APM capabilities and offers a complete customer experience across different cloud providers,” said Hector Rodriguez, CEO at Besol. “Boundary will allow Tapp.in customers to analyze real-time application traffic to proactively size cloud instances, prevent issues for optimal end-user performance and uptime and turn network data into actionable information.”

“Boundary’s real-time flow analytics enables customers to identify potential hot spots in both public and private clouds,” said Gary Read, CEO at Boundary. “When combined with Tapp.in’s orchestration, customers can now avoid bottlenecks by quickly and easily provisioning cloud resources where they will be most effective.”
