Precise Software announced four new Premium Support Programs designed to increase return on investment while reducing the total cost of ownership for its support customers.
The new support options include:
- Precise Gold and Platinum programs that enhance existing support options by adding product training, advanced analytics, and upgrade support at a fraction of the price of separate services
- Precise Advantage program provides round-the-clock monitoring, upgrade support, and support ticket management
- Precise Freedom program delivers full turnkey system operation, adding system instrumentation, advanced analytics, and training to the Precise Advantage program

The value-added services in these plans will help our customers reach their performance goals and realize ROI much more quickly,” said Randy Jacops, CEO at Idera, parent company of Precise Software. “Our premium programs combine the outstanding support services our customers expect with training, customized analytics, and expert advice.”
