Goliath Technologies announced the availability of MonitorIT 11.2.
MonitorIT from Goliath Technologies delivers proactive monitoring enhancements that take the guesswork out of what elements and aspects need to be monitored to deliver a great end user experience. These out of the box enhancements allow administrators to immediately use advanced and sophisticated monitoring tools without having to configure it themselves. Common fault conditions, failure points, and errors are identified and preconfigured into the product with corresponding alerts, reports, and dashboards for analysis and troubleshooting.
“Our technology is purpose-built for virtual desktop environments,” said Raja Jadeja, VP of Technical Operations at Goliath Technologies. “MonitorIT 11.2 now offers unparalleled configuration speeds to enable organizations to monitor the leading indicators of performance degradation of many disparate elements in the virtual desktop environment so administrators are able to remediate issues before they impact end users. Our goal is to eliminate ‘end user alerts’ and help deliver the best virtual application and desktop experiences possible to users.”
In this latest release of MonitorIT, there are several new and enhanced features, included in the base product and enabled right out of the box.
- New reports allow administrators to identify peak usages times, spot group policy and registry corruption, failures, and security issues, and target profile errors.
- New and updated dashboards deliver real time snapshots of XenApp Server Bottlenecks and VMware Monitoring into Host, VM, and Datastore performance.
- New charts provide an easy way to track the number of users accessing resources in the environment, trend the number of concurrent sessions and understand the ratio of sessions to users.
