Kaseya announced the general availability of Kaseya VSA 9.2, which includes support for Windows 10, enabling users to seamlessly migrate onto Microsoft’s fastest growing operating system.
The company also announced ongoing enhancements to its 365Command, Traverse and AuthAnvil solutions -providing the industry’s most complete end-to-end IT solutions suite.
Kaseya’s latest version of VSA eases Windows 10 adoption for customers through seamless management of the OS and simplified discovery and network monitoring. This helps bring efficiency and automation to managing Windows 10, allowing mid-sized enterprises and MSPs alike to spend time on more revenue-generating projects and processes.
Additionally, Kaseya VSA 9.2 includes new features that simplify and improve accuracy of network discovery, namely the ability to manage 25 percent more devices. Kaseya also doubled the number of metrics tracked through its innovative real-time concurrent monitoring, and added over 300 new device fingerprints in VSA 9.2, which vastly improves accuracy and expanding device fingerprints.
“Over the last several months, we’ve spent countless hours meeting with and listening to our customers,” said Mike Puglia, Chief Product Officer for Kaseya. “This release is the first of many that is the result of feedback that we’ve collected from our customers about their specific wants and needs. Our product roadmap will continue to evolve based on this communication and participation from our user-base as Kaseya evolves into the most customer-centric provider in this space.”
