PagerDuty Expands Advanced Analytics

PagerDuty announced an expansion of its Advanced Analytics capabilities to allow businesses to optimize IT operations performance to increase uptime.

The added functionality allows businesses to see individual responders’ contributions, delivering the visibility necessary to enhance team output and quality of life.

PagerDuty’s enhancements to Advanced Analytics allow teams of any size to dive deeper into individual responder performance. The new report provides information about how they are responding to, acknowledging and resolving incidents. With these insights, managers can quickly see bottlenecks in their response process and have data-driven coaching conversations with their team. PagerDuty’s user report also lets managers understand which team members receive the most incidents so they can more proactively manage how workload is distributed across the team.

“PagerDuty knows that operationally mature organizations use data and metrics to drive improvements across all areas of the business,” said Tim Armandpour, VP of Engineering at PagerDuty. “With user reporting, we’re enabling managers to be even better coaches and recognize engineers for the difficult, on-call work they do.”

Advanced Analytics are available on PagerDuty’s Standard and Enterprise pricing plans.
