Sentry launched User Feedback, a widget that provides users with an easy way to create a bug report in real-time, while providing developers with full observability into certain issues that only end users can see.
The widget builds upon Sentry's Session Replay tool to provide developers with a replay of the problem (broken link, typo, permission issues) and what happened before, during, and after an issue occurs from the end user's POV.
With User Feedback, developers can now see the problems that otherwise wouldn't have made it on their radars. It also helps development teams triage quicker and prioritize high-impact issues significantly faster.
In addition, user-generated reports can help development teams triage issues faster by identifying trends across their entire user base. Through feedback submissions, you can quickly take stock of what your users are reporting and how frequently an issue is reported on, helping you confirm the high-priority issues to fix.
