SignalFx is integrating with ServiceNow, a cloud‑based software that automates a company’s enterprise IT processes in one centralized location.
This new integration will allow ServiceNow customers to automatically generate tickets from SignalFx alerts. Support teams will now be notified of any issues in established communication workflows within ServiceNow, as well as have alerts automatically resolved in ServiceNow when the monitoring state returns to normal in SignalFx. Once the alert is resolved, customers can link back to SignalFx from ServiceNow for deeper root-cause analysis.

The integration with ServiceNow further extends SignalFx’s existing set of robust integrations with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Prometheus, Docker, Kubernetes and more.
