Ann Ruckstuhl, newly appointed CMO of SOASTA, has joined the APMdigest Vendor Forum.
As CMO, Ruckstuhl oversees global marketing and communications at SOASTA, including demand generation and lead-to-revenue pipeline management. Ruckstuhl has held senior global executive positions at such industry leaders as Symantec, Sybase (acquired by SAP), eBay, HP and most recently as CMO of LiveOps. In these roles, she has led some of the most successful innovations in software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing, cybersecurity, mobile application development, big data, analytics, digital payments, e‐commerce and distributed IT infrastructure. She has been a leading advocate for Customer Experience Management and Consumerization of IT, making information access and business transactions ubiquitous, fast, easy and secure.
