SolarWinds N-able announced SolarWinds N-able N-central10.2.
The new release enhances service delivery with the introduction of MSP Connect™, a remote support and access feature based on the MSP Anywhere platform SolarWinds N-able acquired last fall.
With the addition of MSP Connect, a robust remote support and access solution built for speed, reliability and security, SolarWinds N-able’s MSP partners will be able to better respond to customers’ and with greater ease, efficiency and measure. MSP Connect is included free of charge with N-central 10.2 licensing.
“To be more efficient and exceptional in the eyes of their customers, IT service providers must have a reliable remote support solution that provides quick and secure access for administration and configuration of remote servers and workstations,” said JP Jauvin, GM, SolarWinds N-able. “Our latest version of the N-central platform offers a comprehensive remote support and access toolset that integrates with the high-caliber of IT service functionality and reporting that IT service providers have come to expect from SolarWinds N-able.”
With multi-monitor support, chat, file transfer, various resolution depths and more, MSP Connect is designed for those MSPs whose customers demand fast, efficient IT service. The software not only lets MSPs access and control their customers’ systems quickly, but also analyze and remediate issues within the remote control console, rather than taking the time to move between applications to execute commands.
MSP Connect activates with the N-central agent, making deployment fast, automated and capable of delivering improved connection speeds. For added convenience, it self-updates without the need for on-site work to keep the remote control tool up to date.
N-central 10.2 and MSP Connect introduce cross-platform support for PC and Mac environments, and do not require any network changes for implementation in typical operating environments.
