TeamQuest announced availability of new software capabilities that allow organizations to confidently predict and prevent future IT performance issues within their IT systems and services, as well as the ability to diagnose the root cause of performance issues across various infrastructures.
TeamQuest Risk Prediction is an automated, predictive analysis solution, making capacity analytics practical for large numbers of systems. Risk Prediction saves time and money by detecting problems before they occur. Not only does it alert you to a future problem, it also provides information on where you should focus your efforts to avoid that problem. By detecting future system failures, Risk Prediction helps organizations prevent outages prior to their escalation into unmanageable fire drills.
TeamQuest Correlation Discovery Analysis, used in conjunction with TeamQuest Capacity Management Information System (CMIS), automates the correlation of system parameters that are collected within TeamQuest CMIS. It identifies common and anomalous performance metadata that are consistent with problem signatures. This new capability accelerates the remediation of performance issues, arming users with the information needed to pinpoint the root cause, allowing them to make better-informed decisions about potential configuration or architecture changes.
TeamQuest Risk Prediction is a capability of the TeamQuest Predictor software product. Correlation Discovery Analysis is a feature of TeamQuest Analyzer. Customers on active maintenance for these and associated products will receive the new capabilities at no additional charge.
