As Deltek's Chief Information Officer (CIO), Cilsick is responsible for developing and implementing the company's global technology vision and overseeing its facilities operations. With over 25 years of experience in IT, she has held various leadership roles at Deltek, including VP of IT and Consulting, focusing on leveraging technology for strategic initiatives and process improvement. Before Deltek, she served as Director of Engineering PMO at VeriSign and held leadership roles at Artesia Technologies and James Martin & Co. A graduate of the College of William & Mary with a degree in Computer Science, Cilsick is committed to continuous learning and actively participates in Deltek's Mentorship program and various employee resource groups, including Global Green @ Deltek and Women @ Deltek.
