VMware acquired the True Visibility Suite team and products from Blue Medora.
The True Visibility product suite provides integration solutions for vRealize Operations via management packs, enabling vRealize Operations to provide:
- Visibility and insight into customers’ broad data center and hybrid cloud environments via dashboards;
- Dynamic discovery of customers applications and infrastructure; and
- Metrics data that is mapped, analyzed and helps drives automation via a single, integrated view of customer environments.
VMware has partnered with Blue Medora and the True Visibility Suite team for years, helping VMware expand vRealize Operations’ self-driving management scope and support for packaged applications, middleware, data center infrastructure and public clouds.
As long-standing partners, the VMware Cloud Management business unit and the True Visibility Suite team have been close collaborators from business and product perspectives. Together, they have more than 400 mutual customers.
Customers can expect to benefit from the tighter integration of vRealize Operations and the True Visibility Suite — which VMware plans to continue to invest in, sell standalone and support. With access to rich data across more third-party applications, middleware, infrastructure and cloud, customers can expect broader and enhanced self-driving operations management across their hybrid clouds environments.
